Sprouted Quinoa Granola

SPROUTED QUINOA GRANOLA
Yields about 2 cups
Ingredients:

Dry:

1 C. PureLiving Sprouted Rolled Oats

1/2 C. PureLiving Sprouted Quinoa

2 Tbsp. PureLiving Sprouted Chia Seeds

1/2 C. Shiloh Farms Sliced Almonds

1/2 C. Shiloh Farms Organic Raisins

2 tsp. ground ginger

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Small pinch of Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt

Wet:

2 Tbsp. Shiloh Farms Raw Alfalfa Honey

1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce

2 Tbsp. butter, melted

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 225°

2.  In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir to incorporate

3.  In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients; add to the dry ingredients and mix well

4.  Spoon mixture onto greased cookie sheet and spread into a thin, even layer

5.  Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes, or until golden; remove from oven and break into chunks as desired
