Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies with PureLiving Sprouted Flours

Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies
Serves 12-15
Ingredients:

4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

2/3 C. canola oil

1/2 C. Shiloh Farms Organic Cocoa Powder

6 Tbsp. water

4 large eggs

1 1/2 C. raw sugar

1/2 tsp. Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt

2/3 C. PureLiving Sprouted Brown Rice Flour

1/3 C. Shiloh Farms Tapioca Flour

3 Tbsp. mesquite flour

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350°; spray 9 x 13 glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray

2.  Place a medium heatproof bowl over a pan of almost-simmering water; add chocolate to bowl and stir until completely melted

3.  Stir in oil, cocoa, and water, blending until smooth; remove chocolate mixture from heat, set aside, and allow to cool slightly

4.  In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and salt; add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and combine thoroughly; using a wooden spoon, stir in flours until just incorporated

5.  Pour mixture into prepared pan, spread into corners, and level surface with rubber spatula

6.  Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out with just a small amount of sticky crumbs clinging to it

7.  Cool on wire rack to room temperature, about 2 hours

8.  Cut and serve; top with whipped cream or dust with powdered sugar or additional cocoa powder, if desired
